Job Duties
Minimum Education
High school diploma/GED.
Minimum Experience
Six (6) months courier experience preferred. Must demonstrate area knowledge.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs with appropriate equipment and/or assistance. Good human relations and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of the station's service area preferred. Demonstrated skills in adaptability, dependability, and courier methods.
Job Conditions
Neat appearance required due to customer contact. Must meet and maintain qualifications outlined in federal motor carrier safety regulations. Requires medical exam per FMCSA or FAA regulations. Employees operating a company vehicle must meet specific requirements outlined in policy 4-48. Must obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record as per policy. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring constant alertness and safe work practices.

Schedule
Monday-Saturday, with one day off; shift from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
