St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking a Courier Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Network's Courier and Shuttle Service. You will manage staff, schedules, and performance, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to safety standards.

The role requires leadership experience in logistics, familiarity with courier software, and knowledge of DOT regulations. This position is based in the Bethlehem area and supports hospital operations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in business administration.
• 5–7 years of courier logistics/fleet management experience.
• Leadership, conflict management and team-building experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory DOT guidelines.
• Thorough knowledge of courier software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs the Courier staff and runs the daily operation of the Network and Shuttle Service.
• Ensures compliance with hospital policies, quality assurance, infection control, and safety standards.
• Manages budget and schedules staff, routine and emergency deliveries.
• Maintains Courier Software reports and prepares periodic performance metrics.
• Assists with dispatching, routing, and handling urgent requests to satisfy customers.
• Schedules maintenance on courier vehicles and reviews driver vehicle condition reports.
