Job summary

The position involves coordinating with internal departments, handling client inquiries, and ensuring timely specimen transport across the health-system network.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent with two years of courier/administrative experience.
• Equivalent education or experience may apply.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
• Proficient with smartphones and mobile devices used for courier communications and workflow tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communications between courier team and internal/external partners.
• Schedule and track courier assignments, and respond to service interruptions.
• Assist leadership with scheduling interviews and candidate phone screens.
• Handle weekly staffing updates, timekeeping reconciliation, and payroll support.
• Provide administrative support and help refine division procedures and protocols.
