Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples for Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. You will live in on-campus student homes and supervise 8-13 students, providing guidance to support academic, emotional, and social development.

A nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule leads to a placed houseparent role with continued living arrangement. Benefits include competitive salary per person, housing, meals on duty, utilities, and comprehensive insurance, plus relocation assistance

Formación

• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. drivers license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan development/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
