Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes guiding 8-13 students daily, including supervision, routines, wellness, and devotional activities.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; staff serve as role models for students.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning development and recreational events.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
