Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents living in on-campus homes, supervising 8-13 students and supporting their academic, emotional, and social growth.

The role starts with nine days on, three off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent. Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-year married couple requirement.
• Both spouses 27+ years old.
• No more than three dependent children in home.
• Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Pet restrictions: fish and one dog allowed.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license; able to become certified to drive student vans.
• Ability to lead daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services.

Responsabilités

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning development and recreation.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
