Counseling Works is seeking a Couples & Relationships Therapist to join our Naperville-area clinics. The role supports both couples and individuals, offering autonomy within evidence-based modalities and a built-in referral stream.

The position is full-time or part-time, hybrid or in-person, with supervision toward licensure, weekly evening/weekend shifts, and a strong emphasis on growth, client care, and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois license or pursuing licensure.
• Master's degree in counseling or social work.
• 1 year of direct experience counseling couples.

Responsibilities

• Provide couples and individual therapy sessions.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and formulate DSM-5 diagnoses.
• Develop, implement, and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with intake, leadership, and care coordination teams.
• Contribute to couples specialty outreach and marketing initiatives.
• Attend monthly CEU events and engage in ongoing professional development.
