Job summary

The Counseling Hub in Missouri is hiring a licensed Clinical Therapist to primarily work with couples. You will receive in-house mentorship, Gottman Levels 1 & 2 training, and a $1500 hiring bonus paid quarterly in year one.

The role supports a 36‑hour week with a mix of client work and flexible duties at our Columbia or Jefferson City locations. We value authentic, growth‑oriented therapists who stay compliant with licensure while delivering outcome-focused care and collaborative supervision.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Missouri (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or eligible for licensure.
• Willingness to obtain supervision and ongoing PD.

Responsibilities

• See clients and build your caseload.
• Maintain client notes within 72 hours.
• Use feedback-informed treatment in sessions.
• Attend monthly team meetings.
• Stay licensed and ethical in practice.
• Contribute to development of clinical programming.
