Job summary

Counseling Works in Naperville, IL invites licensed and pre-licensed therapists to join our boutique private practice. You will conduct diagnostic assessments, formulate DSM-5 diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and deliver 1:1 evidence-based therapy sessions.

We offer comprehensive support, flexible scheduling, and a collaborative team culture. Evening and weekend availability is welcome as we serve diverse client populations in a warm, client-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois license: PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, LSW, LPC, AMFT, MEd, or MA.
• Experience with individual therapy.
• Availability for evenings and weekends (minimum 1 year).
• Proficiency with Google Docs & TherapyNotes.
• Private practice experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and formulate DSM-5 diagnoses.
• Complete treatment plans and provide 1:1 therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions.

Education

Illinois license: PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, LSW, LPC, AMFT, MEd, or MA
