Job summary

Life Insight, Inc. in Hinsdale, Illinois seeks a Licensed Couples Therapist to join a growth-oriented, supportive practice. This W2, full-time role offers a hybrid schedule and a compensation range of $70,000–$90,000 with annual meetings paid at an administrative hourly rate.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field and Illinois licensure eligibility, with at least 2 years of couples/family experience. Two evenings or weekend hours are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-directed and team-oriented with collaborative approach.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of ~25 clients per week with a mix of in-person and telehealth sessions.
• Deliver ethical clinical care aligned with Life Insight’s family systems approach.
• Respond to client communications within 24 hours.
• Develop treatment plans to support relational and individual goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation (intake, progress notes, plans, terminations).
• Collaborate with other clinicians and external professionals as needed.
• Participate in group supervision, case consultation, and team meetings.
• Foster a collaborative, supportive practice culture.
• Stay current with licensure requirements and ethical standards.
