Job summary

Required are a two-year married status, both spouses aged 27+, and a high school diploma or GED. The package includes on-site housing, meals when on duty, benefits, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to a group of 8–13 students living in the home.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
