Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents living in on-campus homes and supervising groups of 8–13 students. The role includes daily care, guidance, and support to foster academic, emotional, and social growth.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two spouse requirement: married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities with students.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel participation.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
