Milton Hershey School is seeking a married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. The role involves living in student homes and guiding 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, and support for academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, schedules, wellness, activities, devotions, Chapel, budgeting, and reporting. The program starts with a nine-on, three-off cycle, with transition to a placed home over time.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Must be married couple for two years or more.
• Both spouses age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan development and recreation.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
