Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents to live in on-campus student homes and provide care and guidance for 8–13 students. This role creates a structured, family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social development.

The position includes supervision, routines management, medication administration, transportation to activities, daily devotions, chapel attendance, and budgeting oversight, with benefits and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples; married for at least two years.
• Spouses must be 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children in the student home.
• Valid U.S. driver's license; able to become certified to drive student vans.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
