Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, invites a married couple to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus. You will reside in student homes and provide care, supervision and guidance for 8–13 students, fostering a structured, family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social development.

The role begins with nine days on duty followed by three days off, with progression to a placed houseparent living with the same group.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Two-person married couple is required, age 27+ each.
• Experience with youth in any setting is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to a smoke-free campus and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and lead devotions and Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
