Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents in Hershey, PA. Couples live in on-campus student homes, supervise about 8-13 students, and provide care, guidance, and support to promote academic, emotional, and social development.

The role requires two spouses, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and alcohol-free campus. Housing and meals are provided, with training and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role, married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid U.S. driver\'s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
• Drive students to activities and engage in development and recreation.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
