Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and guide a group of 8–13 students, shaping a family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social growth.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol during duty.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and drive student vans on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to a group of 8–13 students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Plan and participate in development and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
