Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for about 8–13 students, creating a structured, family-like environment to foster academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, routines, medications, driving to activities, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household

Formación

• Experience working with youth (volunteer or paid).
• Two-person couple role, married for at least two years.
• Both spouses age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependents in the home.
• Clean campus conduct; no alcohol on duty.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for 8–13 students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental/recreational events.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
