Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples live in on-campus student homes, mentor a group of 8-13 students, and help manage routines, activities, and devotions.

The position follows a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle, with progression to a Placed Houseparent role after initial placement. Applications are required for both spouses.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
