Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking full-time Flex Houseparents. This is a two-person, married-couple role living in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and growth opportunities for 8-13 students per home.

Couples must be legally married for at least two years, both at least 27 years old, and have a high school diploma or GED. Training, relocation support, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualificações

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children in home.
• Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Pet limitations: only fish and one dog of approved breeds.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to be certified to drive student vans.
• Ability to lead daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental/recreational events.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
