Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents— a two-person, married couple to live on campus and supervise a group of 8–13 students. You’ll provide care, guidance, and support to foster academic, emotional, and social development.

Couples must be legally married for at least two years, both 27+, with a HS diploma or GED. The role includes duties from daily supervision and devotions to budgeting, with housing and meals included as part of compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Couples must be legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Pet limitations: only fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Comfort leading daily devotions andSunday Chapel services.

Responsabilités

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning development/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
