Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. You will reside in student homes, supervise 8–13 students, and provide support for their academic, emotional, and social development.

The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off, with opportunities to transition to a placed houseparent role. Competitive compensation includes housing and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Ability to supervise and guide students in daily activities.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities with students.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
