Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents to provide care and guidance for 8-13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include supervision, scheduling, and leading daily devotions, with a nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off.

Compensation includes salary, free housing, meals while on duty, and comprehensive benefits; relocation and paid training are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental and recreational duties.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
• Initially support various student homes with a nine days on / three days off schedule.
