Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA hires married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8-13 students, fostering a family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social growth.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, routines, medication management, transportation to activities, guiding devotions, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples in the same home.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
