Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for about 8–13 students to foster academic, emotional, and social development.

This unique role offers nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent living in the same student home.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-year married minimum requirement for couples.
• Both spouses age 27+ are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Transport students to activities and engage in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee household budgeting and reporting.
