Job summary

Primary Services is seeking a Coupa Business Analyst to optimize procurement platforms across P2P and S2P lifecycles, configuring, optimizing, and supporting e-procurement systems.

The role partners with Supply Chain, IT, and business stakeholders to implement scalable digital solutions, strengthen system adoption, and drive continuous process improvements through analytics and AI-enabled automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement systems, digital procurement, supply chain technology, or related functions.
• Hands-on Coupa experience required, including configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Ariba procurement applications.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Coupa procurement applications and workflows.
• Support integration and optimization of Coupa, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Ariba across procurement processes.
• Serve as a functional SME for P2P and S2P processes, system functionality, and digital procurement solutions.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy system enhancements that improve purchasing efficiency and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to automate procurement workflows, eliminate manual processes, and standardize operations.
• Lead functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of system enhancements.
• Investigate system issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate technical resolutions.
• Maintain procurement data integrity, system configurations, and data governance standards.
• Develop reporting and analytics solutions to improve procurement visibility and decision-making.
• Partner with Supply Chain, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions.
• Support user adoption, system training, documentation, and change management activities.
• Explore opportunities to leverage Agentic AI and emerging automation technologies within procurement processes.
