State of Georgia seeks a County Director for Child Welfare Services in Cobb County (Marietta) to lead policy, program administration, and staff performance within the DFCS. You will supervise managers, manage budgets, and foster collaboration with community partners to strengthen families and protect vulnerable children.

The role requires a 4+ year management track in social services, a related bachelor's degree, and a record of program delivery excellence; telework may be available depending on

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related area from an accredited college or university.
• Six (6) years of experience with four (4) years of subordinate management in a human service delivery program.
