Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area from an accredited college or university.
• Two years experience managing subordinate supervisors in a human service delivery program or two years at the lower level Child Welfare Svcs Adm (SSP164).
• Must have reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance, a valid state-issued driver's license, and acceptable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Establishes goals, objectives, policies and procedures consistent with the agency mission.
• Analyzes and assesses the effectiveness of existing programs to ensure outcome measures are achieved.
• Directs professional staff in developing their skills and delivering quality services and documenting efforts.
• Promotes awareness of programs within the community.
