Job description

Booster Robotics builds developer-friendly humanoid robots for research, education, and commercial applications worldwide.

We are expanding globally and looking for strong sales and business development talent to grow key international markets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute US market strategy, annual business plan and budget in alignment with the global strategy from HQ. Be accountable for revenue, gross margin, cash collection and market growth targets. Deliver regular business reviews, competitive analysis and risk reports to leadership.
  • Drive enterprise sales and C-level engagement, lead negotiations and secure flagship customer projects. Build and manage the ecosystem of system integrators, distributors and strategic partners. Represent the company at key robotics and automation trade shows, build local brand awareness, and collect customer & market feedback to drive product localization (certification, safety standards, feature adaptation).
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, on‑site deployment, field service, warranty support and spare parts operations. Establish local service processes to control delivery quality, timeline and customer satisfaction. Manage product compliance including UL, FCC, OSHA and other relevant US regulatory requirements.
  • Own the full operation of the US subsidiary, including corporate governance, tax, payroll, employment compliance, import & customs, cross‑border logistics, insurance and data governance. Mitigate legal, trade and financial risks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or related fields. Excellent English proficiency for executive‑level business communication.
  • 8+ years of B2B automation / robotics industry experience in the North American market; minimum 3 years of experience as Country Manager or Regional Head with direct P&L accountability. Greenfield subsidiary setup experience is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the US robotics ecosystem, system integrator channels and enterprise procurement workflows. Familiar with UL, FCC, NRTL, OSHA, import procedures and cross‑border trade compliance. Direct experience commercializing humanoid robots, AMRs or industrial automation solutions is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of winning large enterprise deals and managing partner channels; experienced in solution selling rather than pure trading.
