Concert Golf Partners is seeking a General Manager to oversee all club operations, manage staff, members, and assets, and drive revenue growth. You will develop policies, budgets, and service standards while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is required.
• Maintains membership with PGA, CMAA or other associations when applicable.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local golf course management laws and regulations.
• Experience leading for-profit club operations with revenue growth track record.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and administer operating policies and procedures.
• Monitor budgets, financials, and revenue generation against targets.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise club staff and department managers.
• Ensure compliance with bi-laws, policies, and safety regulations.
• Oversee capital projects, assets, and maintenance of facilities.
• Foster member relations and promote services to members and guests.
