Job summary

River Creek Club is seeking a General Manager to lead the club's strategic direction, operations, and member growth. You will drive financial performance, support a strong leadership team, and foster a positive work environment.

You will oversee departments including Agronomy, Facilities, Fitness & Wellness, Food & Beverage, Golf Operations, Member Experience, and Sales, ensuring high member satisfaction and adherence to GAAP.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in club management, hospitality, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience managing budgets and making expense allocations to improve profitability.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; STAR Service/TABC/CPR certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive business and financial strategy plans for the club.
• Monitor performance metrics to ensure revenue targets are met across operations; adjust as needed.
• Lead department heads in Agronomy, Facilities, Fitness & Wellness, Food & Beverage, Golf Operations, Member Experience, and Sales.
• Recruit, develop, and evaluate department heads and staff.
• Oversee sales, marketing and net revenue strategies aligned with financial plans.
