• Identify emerging trends and strategic issues; develop strategic plans for the organization.
• Evaluate trends, strategy, and implementation plans; propose innovative solutions and implement change.
• Draw inferences from incomplete data and present compelling analyses for briefs and reports.
• Communicate organizational vision clearly in written and oral briefings.
• Exercise independent judgment and collaborate across the Intelligence Community.
