Job summary

The National Counterintelligence and Security Center (NCSC), part of the ODNI, seeks a Senior Counterintelligence Integration Manager to coordinate interagency initiatives and lead high-priority CI efforts. You will drive strategic collaboration, manage cross-agency tasks, and brief senior IC leaders on progress and outcomes.

Applicants should demonstrate senior-level CI leadership, policy expertise, and the ability to integrate nationwide counterintelligence programs across IC partners.

Qualifications

• Superior leadership skills and ability to conduct interagency counterintelligence coordination.
• Deep understanding of OFCO/A executor community and related policy.
• Ability to think strategically, develop recommendations, and evaluate outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of strategic offensive counterintelligence initiatives.
• Coordinate day-to-day with OFCO/A executors to counter foreign threats.
• Represent NCSC in IC and policy fora and drive mission integration.
• Lead assessments and brief senior IC officials on progress and challenges.
