Job summary

ISN seeks a Lead CI Analyst to support the Threat Integration Branch, delivering daily leadership, counterintelligence analysis, and coordinating program personnel supporting the DCSA mission. You will supervise workloads, coordinate with stakeholders, and produce assessments and briefings for government leadership.

This role requires strong CI knowledge, leadership, and the ability to handle classified information, with opportunities to shape national security strategy and collaborate with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Advanced counterintelligence or security training is preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years in counterintelligence, intelligence analysis, or related fields.
• Experience leading analytical teams and coordinating workloads is preferred.
• Experience supporting government counterintelligence missions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily TIB program operations, including workload management and priorities.
• Coordinate with Program Manager and government leadership on intelligence priorities.
• Lead counterintelligence research and analysis focused on threats to cleared industry and national security.
• Integrate information from classified and unclassified sources to identify threats and trends.
• Develop intelligence assessments, reports, and briefings for government decision makers.
• Identify foreign collection activities and indicators of potential risk to U.S. technologies.
• Review analytical products for accuracy and sourcing compliance.
