Job summary

The US Office of the Director of National Intelligence seeks a lead for proactive counterintelligence and security activities across the United States government. Qualifications

  • Expert knowledge of IC organizations' missions to develop national-level strategies and policies for U.S. security and foreign policy interests.
  • Expert leadership experience and analytic expertise to support strategy development, planning and implementation.
  • Superior ability to identify emerging supply chain security trends and incorporate them into strategic plans.
  • Expert ability to evaluate strategic trends, plans, results, and program data; propose innovative solutions and implement change.
  • Expert ability to conceptualize incomplete data and present analyses; identify knowledge gaps and alternatives.
  • Superior communication skills to convey organizational vision, mission, and plans clearly.
  • Superior ability to communicate orally and in writing; synthesize information for briefs and documents.
  • Expert organizational and interpersonal skills to facilitate forums and manage priorities.
  • Superior ability to exercise independent judgment on time-sensitive issues across the IC.

Responsibilities

  • Develop national-level strategies and policies for U.S. security and foreign policy interests.
  • Provide expert leadership to support strategy development and implementation.
  • Identify emerging supply chain security trends and include them in strategic plans.
  • Evaluate trends and data; propose innovative solutions and drive change initiatives.
  • Analyze incomplete data and present findings; mitigate knowledge gaps or propose alternatives.
  • Communicate organizational vision clearly, in writing and verbally.
  • Prepare briefings and written documents with synthesized information from multiple sources.
  • Facilitate forums, manage competing priorities, and advocate new ideas/processes.
  • Exercise independent judgment on time-sensitive issues and collaborate across the IC.
