Job summary

Gateway Supply LLC in Greenville, SC is seeking a dependable Warehouse/Counter Associate to assist customers at the counter and support daily warehouse operations for HVAC and plumbing products.

You will help with orders, answer product questions, receive and stock inventory, and pick and stage items to ensure accurate fulfillment. The role requires a strong work ethic, accuracy, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Prior counter, warehouse, and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to learn our products and processes.
• Ability to work in a non-environmentally controlled warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the counter and by phone.
• Help customers place and verify orders for HVAC and plumbing products.
• Receive and stock inventory; keep products organized for quick access.
• Support warehouse tasks such as scanning, picking, and staging orders as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area.

We’re looking for a dependable Warehouse/Counter Associate to support customers and help keep our operations running smoothly in Greenville, SC.

About the Role:

As a Warehouse/Counter Associate, you’ll split your time between helping customers at the counter and supporting daily warehouse operations. You’ll assist with orders, product questions, and inventory availability for both HVAC and plumbing, while also supporting receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment to ensure everything is accurate and ready for customers.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, stays organized, and takes pride in getting things right.
