Granite-Group in Waterville, ME is seeking a motivated counter sales associate to support customers with HVAC and plumbing products. You will deliver outstanding service, answer inquiries, recommend solutions, and process transactions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This dual-role also assists in the warehouse, helps with inventory, and keeps displays and records accurate. A friendly communicator with strong organizational skills will thrive here and contribute to the sales team's

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, detail oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a counter sales associate. This role is ideal for someone with an interest in HVAC or plumbing products, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

This is a dual-purpose role as you will also assist when needed in the Warehouse.

In this position, you will be a key point of contact for customers-answering inquiries, recommending products, processing transactions, and ensuring a clean, organized work environment. Additional responsibilities include assisting with inventory management, stocking shelves, coordinating material transfers between branches and vendors, and maintaining accurate computer records.

The right candidate will enjoy problem-solving, working in a team-oriented environment, and contributing to the overall success of the sales department.
