Job summary

Advanced Technology Systems Company (ATSC) is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead the C5ISR technology programs and drive innovative sensor integration and secure communications solutions. You will manage the engineering team, collaborate with customers and partners, and align technical activities with business goals.

You will oversee staffing, hiring, and performance management while partnering with program leadership, manufacturing, and supply chain to deliver on contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical discipline; advanced technical degree preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant product development experience (Military products preferred).
• PMP certification preferred.
• Sensor Integration experience preferred.
• Earned Value Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute programs in the C5ISR technology area with technical leadership.
• Engage with technical customers and establish relationships with government organizations/labs.
• Staff programs with qualified resources and support new business development.
• Develop talent through training and performance management within the team.
