Copain Bakery & Provisions Winston Salem is hiring Counter Service Associates to join our team. You will greet guests, prepare beverages, and assemble orders while keeping displays organized and welcoming.

Join us in a fast-paced cafe setting where teamwork and hospitality drive success. The role supports opening/closing procedures, with opportunities for hands-on training and growth in both retail hospitality and artisan foodservice.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a positive and professional attitude.
• Prepare coffee drinks, other beverages, and guest orders with accuracy and care.
• Stock and display pastries, breads, and retail items consistently throughout the day.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, dining area, and back-of-house spaces.
• Assist with inventory rotation and receiving daily deliveries.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by management, including daily opening and closing procedures.
