Copain Ballantyne is hiring a Counter Service Team Member to join our opening team. You will greet guests, prepare beverages, assemble orders, and keep displays organized, contributing to a warm, craft-focused café experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a positive and professional attitude
• Prepare coffee drinks, other beverages, and guest orders with accuracy and care
• Stock and display pastries, breads, and retail items consistently throughout the day
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, dining area, and back-of-house spaces
• Assist with inventory rotation and receiving daily deliveries
• Complete additional tasks assigned by management, including daily opening and closing procedures

We are hiring Counter Service Team Member to join our opening team atCopain Ballantyne. In this role you will support the daily operations of thecounter, from greeting guests and preparing beverages to assembling orders andkeeping displays organized.
