Job summary

Granite Group is seeking a motivated counter sales associate to deliver outstanding customer service for HVAC and plumbing products. You will also assist in warehouse tasks and inventory checks, acting as a key contact for product inquiries and purchases.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, teamwork, and the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends or evenings when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service, retail, or sales experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer proficiency required: HVAC or plumbing knowledge is a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with product inquiries and purchases.
