Job summary

Wiseway Supply seeks a Counter Sales Associate to join our branch operations. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and ready to assist customers at the counter and over the phone.

You will input orders in the Solar/Eclipse system, review orders, and ensure customer needs are met with accurate material and quantities. Plumbing product knowledge is a plus, with a commitment to friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a customer service/sales environment.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and verified safe driving record.
• Knowledge of residential, construction and commercial plumbing products is a plus.
• Experience with inventory management systems or related software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the counter and over the phone.
• Enter orders into the Solar/Eclipse system with accurate details.
• Review and select orders to meet customer needs in a timely manner.
• Ensure correct material and quantities are provided; uphold quality service.
• Greet customers promptly and input orders while following company policies and safety standards.
