Job summary

• Minimum 1 year in a progressive role (2 years preferred).
• Product/applications experience required; basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in and telephone customers professionally.
• Help customers select products and provide solution-based recommendations.
• Enter orders accurately in Eclipse ERP and handle returns/warranty per guidelines.
• Communicate order status and delays to customers; resolve complaints promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized counter and build rapport with repeat customers.
