Job summary

Kele is seeking a Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional service at the Dallas branch counter, over the phone, and by email. You’ll quote, process orders, and help customers select products while maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely shipments.

As part of the branch team, you’ll support the outside sales force and continually expand your knowledge of BAS products to improve customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service skills and proactive problem solving.
• Basic knowledge of BAS industries and product lines.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and respond to inbound calls and emails.
• Provide quotes, process orders, and follow up on shipments.
• Enter orders via multiple channels and update customers on status.
• Support outside sales with product information and pricing requests.
• Build product knowledge and assist with catalog navigation.
