Job summary

QXO is seeking a customer-service oriented professional in Portland, ME to handle quotes, orders, returns, and billing inquiries, while coordinating with operations to ensure timely delivery.

The role supports the Outside Sales team, enforces pricing guidelines, and requires strong communication and product-learning abilities. Prior front-line experience in building materials is a plus, with training and advancement opportunities offered.

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams
• Provide support to Outside Sales team
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services
