Job summary

QXO is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting sales growth through product knowledge, quotations, order management, and relationship development. This role serves as a primary contact for contractors, builders, homeowners, and commercial customers by assisting with product selection, pricing, order processing, and project support.

You will work closely with Outside Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Delivery teams to ensure orders

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience required.
• Industry knowledge in construction or building materials preferred.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, vendors, team and management.
• Eagerness to learn and retain product information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and pricing inquiries.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and customer financial services policies.

What you'll do:

The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting sales growth through product knowledge, quotations, order management, and customer relationship development. This role serves as a primary point of contact for contractors, builders, homeowners, and commercial customers by assisting with product selection, pricing, order processing, and project support. Working closely with Outside Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Delivery teams, the Inside Sales Representative ensures customer orders are completed accurately and efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams
• Provide support to Outside Sales team
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services

What you'll bring:

• Previous front-line customer service and sales experience
• Industry experience with construction or building materials a plus
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management
• Eagerness and ability to learn and retain vast amounts of product information
