Famous Supply is seeking Counter Sales Associates for our Youngwood branch inside the Distribution Center. The role focuses on in-person and phone support, helping contractors find the right HVAC and plumbing products.

You will assist with orders, payments, and service excellence in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes knowledge in HVAC/plumbing, customer service, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• HVAC and/or Plumbing knowledge required.
• Customer service mindset required.
• Ability to use computer and software for order processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service.
• Understand customer needs and propose products and solutions.
• Process and schedule customer orders and payments.
• Manage Open Orders and customer Bids.
• Pull orders from the warehouse to serve customers.
• Keep counter area clean and organized.
