White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is seeking a Counter Sales Associate in Colorado to deliver exceptional customer service across walk-in, phone, and will-call channels. You will process orders, quote prices, and provide product information to customers while promoting add-ons and promotions.

The role requires knowledge of product lines, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. On-site work in Colorado with a competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with sales order systems or ERP platforms (Oracle or similar).
• Ability to identify customer needs and upsell or cross-sell solutions.
• Working knowledge of construction, industrial, or contractor-focused product lines, or ability to learn quickly.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrates exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and will-call customers.
• Processes orders, quotes prices, enters orders into the system, and provides order information. Pulls orders as required.
• Communicates product features, benefits, and warranty information to customers.
• Provides product knowledge and technical advice, troubleshoots, and helps resolve customer problems.
• Upsells by identifying related products and informing customers of promotions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
