Job summary

Hubbard Supplyhouse is seeking a Counter Salesperson to assist walk-in and telephone customers with product knowledge in plumbing and home improvement. You will provide excellent customer service, handle orders in Eclipse ERP, and help customers select the right products.

Initially based at our Charlotte branch, training at Hubbard locations such as Monroe, Gastonia, and others will prepare you to move to the Cornelius branch. A team‑oriented environment and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year in a progressive role preferred; product/applications experience required.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in and telephone customers.
• Enter orders in Eclipse ERP and process returns/warranty requests.
• Identify needs and upsell or suggest upgrades and related products.
• Assist with receiving, shipping, and warehouse tasks as needed.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
