Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience or related role.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers to assess needs.
• Comfort with physical work in a warehouse and basic safety PPE.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and service will-call orders.
• Sell merchandise and provide product recommendations.
• Maintain organization of the counter area and stock.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow PPE guidelines.
• Deliver exemplary customer service and problem solve on the spot.
